How does the trial work?
Sign up and you get 7 days of full Pro on the house. Every feature on, no usage gates, no credit card required up front. We email you the day before the trial ends so you can decide.
What happens after 7 days?
If you've added a card, you roll onto Pro at the price you selected (monthly or annual). If you haven't, your transcripts remain readable for 30 days while you decide — then they're queued for deletion unless you upgrade or export.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings with one click. No retention call, no win-back drip. You keep access until the end of your paid period and your data is exportable until you tell us to delete it.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes — 20% off Pro for life with a verified .edu email. Verify once and the discount stays with your account, including after you graduate. (Or, if you'd rather not pay, the free tier covers 60 minutes a month.)
Do you offer team purchasing?
Yes. The Team plan starts at five seats with a shared workspace, shared library, SSO via Google or Microsoft, an admin dashboard, and audit logs. Need SAML SSO, SCIM, or BYOK encryption? That's Enterprise — talk to us.
Is the Founding deal coming back?
